About the event
A modest bite. A bigger challenge.
Ever curious what a strong crosswind really feels like? Build skill and confidence in simulated wind conditions that exceed your current personal limits.
We’ll start with videos and discussion, then turn up the wind for a guided crosswind-landing scenario in the simulator. Explore the techniques, the sight picture, and the control forces while practicing drift correction and runway alignment.
Enjoy charcuterie with fellow members, share experiences, and practice extreme crosswinds.
